Personal care includes a wide range of care that is provided in the comfort of your home. Services may be provided in other settings as well.
Do you provide references?
Yes, we do. We can provide you with a list of current or past customers and reference letters.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are currently licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Center for Quality Health Care Services and Consumer Protection. We are inspected (unannounced) annually.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full professional liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and all our employees are bonded.
Can I or my family meet and interview my personal care assistant before service starts without cost?
Yes, upon request we can arrange for you to meet with your personal care aid at no charge.
Do you have 24 hour service?
Yes, our service is 24/7, 365 days per year. We serve you on holidays and weekends.
Do you screen your employees?
Yes, we standard screen all employees prior to them coming to your home. Our screening includes criminal background checks.
Do you have replacement staff if my care provider is unable to work?
Yes, our service to you is guaranteed. You will always have someone to work.
How long does it take you to find a staff person for me?
Generally, we can provide you with a staff person within 24 hours.
